Things You Should Know

Course Transfers/Credits/Refunds: If you cannot attend a course as planned, you may receive an AugusoftU class credit. You must inform Augusoft via e-mail 3 business days prior to the first class meeting. Credits may be applied toward the cost of any future AugusoftU course within the next year from date of issue. If you contact us less than three days in advance, you are entitled to a class credit valued at 50% of the class fee. Special events and trips are non-transferable and non-refundable. Refunds are given only if Augusoft cancels a class. Refunds are processed the last day of the month. Sorry, no exceptions. Augusoft reserves the right to change class dates, times, locations, schedules, fees, instructors when necessary. Please no tape recording during classes without prior permission from Augusoft. Augusoft is pleased to welcome and admit program managers and executives within the lifelong learning industry.

Inclement Weather: Augusoft will not issue refunds for classes which have been postponed due to inclement weather or other circumstances beyond our control.We will make every effort to reschedule such classes.

Quality: We are proud of the quality of our Webinars, User Summit, Webcasts, Lumens Training and Certified Courses. If after attending a fee-based class, you are not completely satisfied, we will issue an AugusoftU credit for the course fee plus a $10 credit towards another AugusoftU class of your choice. Please make your request within 7 days of the class meeting.

Lumens Training Cancellations: Cancellation notifications will be accepted, with no penalty (except for incurred travel expenses), up to 2 weeks prior to an On-site Workshop or 1 week for a Lumens Webinar or Customized Webinar. Cancellation notifications received less than the designated date will be billed at 50% of the registration fee. Failure to participate in a “Confirmed Registration” will result in a billing of the full registration fee. Cancellation requests must be emailed and confirmed “received” at training@augusoft.net.
